Ingredients: Isomaltulose (Palatinose™)*; glucose, thickener - sodium alginate, acidity regulator – sodium citrate, acidity regulator - citric acid; natural flavour. * Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.
Recommended Use:
Recommended daily use: Recommended portion of the product – 82 g (1 sachet) mix vigorously with 400-700 ml of water in a bottle and leave for 3-5 minutes to allow a fluid gel to form. Drink the prepared fluid in portions every 60-90 minutes during physical exercise. Take maximum 2 sachets per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
