Ingredients:
Ingredients: purified water, isomaltulose (Palatinose™), sodium bicarbonate, glucose, fructose, thickener: sodium alginate, glucono-delta-lactone (GDL), natural flavour, calcium carbonate, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.
Recommended Use:
Dosage and Use: This guide describes the preparation of one serving. Recommended to consume 1-2 hours before intense physical activity or race.
You will need 1× 01 FUEL BASE, 1× 02 ACTIVATOR, 1× 03 BICARB TABS, and Tricarb Container (shaker).
Pour 150 ml of water into the Tricarb Container and add 01 FUEL BASE. Shake for 15 seconds. Let it rest for up to 2 minutes, then shake briefly again and add 02 ACTIVATOR.
Shake slowly and gently until 02 ACTIVATOR is evenly mixed with 01 FUEL BASE. Let the mixture rest for 5–15 minutes depending on the desired hydrogel thickness.
Finally, use the measuring spoon to stir in the required amount of 03 BICARB TABS. The recommended dosage according to body weight is shown on the package. Consume immediately after mixing. Do not chew the tablets – swallow them whole.
